A Total Package
The compensation package we offer our Financial Advisors is one of the best in the industry -- and you're eligible for it on day one.

You and your branch manager will negotiate your base compensation package before you start your training period. After your training ends, each month -- for the first two years -- you will receive either a decreasing percentage of your base compensation package or a percentage of your commissions, whichever is greater (subject to state and federal minimum guidelines).

To reward your success, you'll receive accelerated payout of your gross commission during the entire first year following training. If your commission payout is greater than your base compensation package, you'll receive the commission payout.

During your first two years following training, you are eligible for annual restricted stock awards and monthly cash sales bonuses based on your commission.

Based on your performance, you may qualify for annual recognition awards that include trips for you and your spouse (or guest) to some of the most desirable locations around the world.
