No Employment Contract

We won't make you sign a contract that legally binds you to us. That's because we focus first on our clients' needs and then on yours. We give you the freedom to do what's right for your clients. The freedom to run your business your way. Nothing should get in the way of that freedom -- especially an employment contract.

And we know our compensation and benefits packages are among the best in the industry. We encourage you to compare us with our competitors -- even the ones who offer front-end bonuses. Those front-end bonuses are often wrapped up in contracts and limits that take away your freedom, your ability to really thrive and succeed as a Financial Advisor.

Accelerated Payout

We believe in paying our people for staying -- not for joining. That's why we won't try to lure you with a front-end bonus. You'll benefit from our accelerated payout program during your transition period, which is better than any front-end offer. Especially when you add it to our generous commission structure, annual cash bonuses and recognition program.

Our Commission Structure

Our commission structure is simple. There's no complex formula or multilevel payout grids. Your average payout is about 40% of your gross production.

Annual Cash Bonuses & Recognition Awards
